R&D Engineering Assistant (West/ Hard Disk Manufacturing) - Bukit Merah

• Conduct static and dynamic reliability tests in the lab inside cleanroom.
• Assemble HDD manually and run drive level testing.
• Able to do minor troubleshooting on chambers, measurement equipment and spin-stand testers.
• Follow the daily activity assigned by engineers and managers. Compile testing/ failure analysis results and send to engineers for review.
• Team worker and willing to help other team members. Able to work overtime to cover the other team members, if necessary.
• Ensure compliance to ISO Standard Operating Procedures.
• Operate environmental chambers and measurement equipment, like Optical Microscope, Atomic Force Microscope and Optical Surface Analyzer.
• Conduct reliability tests on spin-stand testers.
• Perform necessary failure analysis using measurement equipment on post-tested recording heads and media.

• Diploma Degree or higher Degree (outside Singapore) in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical
• Engineering
• Relevant working experience is preferred
• Willing to learn new knowledge/technology.
• Team player
• Able to commit to Overtime
