Are you ready to take on the role of a Technical Account Manager (TAM)? TAMs are vital in connecting our technical team with esteemed clients, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships.

As a TAM, your key responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional technical support to clients throughout their journey
Hosting informative product training sessions and resolving customer inquiries promptly
Proactively identifying and resolving issues while suggesting improvements
Tailoring tech solutions to meet client needs effectively
Tracking account metrics and sharing product updates with stakeholders
Advocating for new features and innovative solutions within the company

Key Requirement:

Minimally 2-3 years experience in social media industry.
Minimally 3 years of experience in managing post sales engagement with clients and technical support.
Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese is needed due to client base demand.

You will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a proven track record in building relationships. You will have the ability to deliver sales results through leadership, along with:

Extensive sales, marketing, or account management experience gained within the IT industry
Knowledge of Vendor Product Strategy & Product offerings
Communication & customer management skills
Project Management & good organization skills
Services orientated
