About the role
As the Sales Manager (Room Sales) at Holiday Inn Express Singapore Orchard Road, you will play a pivotal role in driving the hotel's room sales performance. Based in the Orchard Central Region, this full-time position will see you responsible for generating room bookings and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Developing and executing tailored sales plans to drive room occupancy and revenue
- Identifying and securing new corporate, MICE and leisure accounts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry partners and clients
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Preparing sales reports and presentations to track performance and identify opportunities
- Collaborating with the wider hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members
- Takes ownership of daily sales activities and maximize the productivity by following a system of weekly and monthly action plans
- Responsible for an assigned sales target in accordance to market segment
- Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion
- Works with leadership team in the preparation and management of the Sales & Marketing budget.
- Assists in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities
- Proficient in data analysis and using CRM systems
- Knowledge of the hotel market and industry trends
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
