[GOVT] Admin Executive (Contract / Social Service) – JL - Bukit Merah

Basic Salary: Up to $2,980 per month

Responsibilities:

Your job duties may involve:

• Case Management: Receive, process, and triage referrals, screening process and process improvement,
• Data Processing: Process simple data cleaning and analysis (Qualitative Data)
• General Administration: Coordination of meetings, minutes taking, tracking of returns, data entry, etc
• Audit / Compliance (Home Shelter): Perform on-site audits, gather data, and writing of reports
• Training Administration: Assist in providing training and logistical support for training sessions.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Early Childhood Education or other relevant disciplines.
• Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving any notice period)
