Singapore F&B Leadership Management Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous and dynamic Sales Operations Management Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales and operations teams, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Support the operations team in managing daily restaurant activities and ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on sales and operations activities and results.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of sales and operations functions.
• Be willing and able to travel overseas as required.

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to travel
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas as required
