We’re looking for a
Marketing Strategy Planning Manager
to join our
International Marketing APAC
team in Singapore.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping strategic planning processes, synthesizing marketing data into actionable insights, and optimizing resource allocation across campaigns. Your contributions will directly influence marketing efficiency, investment decisions, and future growth strategies in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities: Drive the
2026 APAC marketing strategy planning process , collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key priorities and resource distribution.Develop and present
monthly and quarterly performance insights , providing clear, data-backed recommendations for adjustments at both the regional and global levels.
Partner with data science teams to enhance
marketing measurement frameworks , ensuring that analytics drive informed decisions and performance improvements.
Identify opportunities to
optimize marketing spend , leveraging data analytics to refine budget allocation strategies and maximize return on investment.
Serve as a
strategic advisor to marketing leadership , offering analytical support and problem-solving expertise on critical projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:- 8+ years of experience
in strategic planning, marketing operations, business planning, or related fields. Experience in
strategy consulting, sales operations, or product marketingis highly valued.
Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in
Excel
(advanced functions) and
SQL . Familiarity with
data visualization tools
(e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to navigate
complex, matrixed organizations , working effectively across multiple teams and influencing key stakeholders.
A problem-solver with a strategic mindset, capable ofidentifying trends, crafting business cases, and translating insights into clear recommendations .
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting data-driven narratives to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A proactive, independent thinker who thrives in fast-paced settings and adapts to evolving priorities with ease.
