Job Scope:
- Manage and coordinate sea export / import shipments.
- Create and manage export / import documents and customs declarations.
- Prepare payment vouchers, verify vendor costs, close shipment files, and file documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints.
- Handle transactions, billing, and charge collection.
- Follow up on cargo issues with warehouses and overseas offices.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in logistics/supply chain related studies or equivalent
- Entry Level. No Experience are welcome to apply!
- Candidates with Import / Export experience in related industry will be a bonus
- Knowledge & experience in handling shipping documentation (Permit Declaration/ Shipping Incoterm) will be an advantage
