In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities Assist Executive Director, Head of International Centre (IC) Operations in: Governance, managing risk & control landscape and oversight responsibilities for the 8 ICs Facilitating regionalization and standardization of projects for timely delivery Staff engagement with ICsT&O teams Work in close partnership with Regional Operations teams and ICs T&O teams on standardization of processes and system solution Ensure constant engagement with ICs T&O teams to explain Head Office initiatives, understand challenges from the locations and work with various stakeholders to resolve road blocks Drive and guide the locations on operational risk management to ensure consistency in risk and control standards, governance structure and oversight framework Work with the ICs T&O on managing risk events/errors, review operations metrics, KRI and management reports submitted by the locations Work with Regional Operations and Tech teams on regional projects impacting ICs Requirements Degree holder with at least 8 years of experience in a banking operations environment, ideally in a Risk & Control role Experience in Institutional Banking Group Operations products (i.e. trade finance, corporate loan) is preferred Strong control mindset, with an eye for detail and ability to sieve out key issues and root causes for escalation Strong ability to deliver under tight deadlines and ability to work under pressure Positive and proactive attitude to lead and to get things done Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team player with strong collaborative attitude Able to work with Operations teams in different geographies and timezones Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
