Bukit Merah - Retail Assistant Store Manager | Jurong Point

Working Hours: Retail hours; 5 days work week (Monday - Sunday)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the store
• Train and supervise sales associates to ensure excellent customer service
• Implement and maintain store merchandising and visual standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with scheduling and managing staff to meet sales goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Contribute to the overall success of the store by driving sales and maximizing profitability

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
• Flexible availability, including weekends and PH
