- Provide daily operational support on CPFIS/SRS products for trade settlement
- Ensure processing timeliness and accuracy; meet agreed SLA consistently
- Ensure adherence and compliance to regulatory and internal control requirements
- Tracking and capturing of key operations MIS for management report
- Support business plans and adhoc duties assigned by the Head of Department
- Knowledgeable with investment products (e.g., equity, fixed income, unit trust) preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organised and proactively ask questions if any doubt
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Quick learner and able to multi-task
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous, detailed-oriented with good risk awareness
- Open to contract role
