Key Responsibilities:
- Reception & Front Desk Support – Manage reception duties, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees.
- Office Events – Assist in the coordination and execution of company events.
- Administrative Tasks – Oversee pantry supplies, manage season parking arrangements, process purchase orders (PO/OR), and handle general administrative duties.
- HR Support / Work Pass Administration – Manage Ministry of Manpower related tasks, including work pass applications and renewals.
