As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our ideas to life—translating concepts into eye-catching designs for digital, print, and social media. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to develop creative assets that support campaigns, product launches, internal communications, and more.

Key Accountabilities

Design Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute creative design solutions that align with the company’s overall branding, marketing goals, and business objectives.
  • Design visually compelling assets for various digital and print channels, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand guidelines and tone.
  • Manage the design workflow, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.

Creative Asset Creation:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and other collateral.
  • Ensure all designs are optimised for both print and digital formats.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure designs effectively convey the company’s messaging and resonate with target audiences.

Branding & Visual Consistency:

  • Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in design elements, typography, colour palettes, and imagery.
  • Ensure that all creative work is in line with the company’s brand standards and helps build brand recognition and equity.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to understand business needs and deliver designs that support various campaigns, product launches, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to ensure designs are optimised for engagement and user experience on digital platforms.

Performance Tracking & Iteration:

  • Track and analyse the performance of design assets, gathering feedback and insights from internal stakeholders and, where applicable, external metrics.
  • Use these insights to refine and optimise designs, ensuring continuous improvement in visual appeal and effectiveness.

Project Management & Deadlines:

  • Effectively manage design projects from concept through to execution, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining design quality.
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously, working independently to prioritise tasks and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, UX/UI design, Web design certifications) are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a proven track record of creating visually compelling designs across digital and print media.
  • Experience in B2B, B2C, or both design environments preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across various media types (websites, digital ads, print collateral, social media).
  • Experience with design for branding, marketing campaigns, product launches, and user experience design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Canva).
  • Experience in designing for digital platforms (e.g., websites, mobile apps, social media) and optimising assets for various screen sizes.
