Air Freight Customer Service Executive / Freight Forwarding Industry - Bukit Merah

Our client is a Global Freight Forwarding Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Air Freight Customer Service Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and shipment updates.
• Provide prompt and efficient support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage air and ocean freight shipments, including booking, tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Identify and resolve shipment issues while keeping customers informed.
• Ensure all shipping documentation complies with international regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service efficiency.
• Support operational improvements for better workflow and customer experience.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Min Diploma in logistics/supply chain studies or equivalent
• Min 3 years relevant working experience in freight forwarding, import/export operations, or logistics.
• Experience with documentation in import/export operations would be advantageous
