What your daily work looks like:
- Support project managers in coordinating and managing project activities across multiple markets in the SEA region
- Break down work into actionable and measurable tasks with the help of project managers
- Schedule and assign tasks to internal teams and closely monitor their progress to ensure timely completion
- Proactively escalate and update project managers when deviations arise during projects
- Assist project managers in analyzing and assessing risks and opportunities
- Arrange, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings
- Coordinate with clients to plan upcoming tasks, clarify requirements, and align expectations
- Serve as the main point of contact and effectively communicate project status to all participants, ensuring timely and adequate responses
- Maintain project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are up-to-date, properly filed, and stored appropriately.
We are looking for someone with:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in IT/Technology
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and advancements
- Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Proficient in English and Cantonese (knowledge of Mandarin is a plus) in both written and spoken forms.
