Engineering manager - Bedok

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across various projects
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable systems
• Work closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize work
• Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews
• Help define team goals and strategy, and ensure alignment with company objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of engineering experience, with 1+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong technical background in mechanical engineering, etc.
• Proven experience managing teams, projects, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

Nice to Haves:

• Experience scaling teams or systems in a high-growth environment
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Passion for mentorship and career development
