About the role

What you'l be doing
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, including the development of innovative online and experiential products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform the company's strategic decision-making
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales and business development team
  • Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business
What we're looking for
  • Significant experience (8+ years) in a senior sales or business development role, preferably within the online or experiential industries
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and expanding client portfolios
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with the capacity to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
