We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic growth. You will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of Group financial statements/reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and funding structure.
• Ensure staying updated on regulatory changes and compliance with FRS.
• Work closely with the management to identify and implement cost-saving measures, revenue enhancement strategies and performance improvement measures.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent financial support and insights.
• Oversee the company’s financial planning, risk management, and analysis efforts.
• Coordinate external audits processes.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc finance-related matters as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Experience in managerial position will be an added advantage
• Min 8 to 10 years of experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage.
• Having knowledge of PCOM system will be advantageous
