Join a purpose-driven HR team in an international educational environment where you’ll play a strategic role in shaping an inclusive, globally mobile workforce.

• Contribute to positioning the school as an employer of choice for academic professionals and international talent.
• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the full employee lifecycle — from talent acquisition and onboarding to relocation and exit support.
• Design and implement innovative global mobility strategies, supporting expatriate onboarding and repatriation processes.
• Draft employment contracts and develop competitive compensation packages aligned with internal policies and market benchmarks.
• Provide HR analytics and reporting, delivering workforce insights and trends to support data-informed decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally within international schools or MNC environments with expatriate support.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Act and HR compliance practices.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Engage, SAP), and digital tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (VLOOKUP, mail merge, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and present clear insights to senior stakeholders.
