Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Manage social media calendars and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging
Monitor and respond to user interactions in a timely and professional manner
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
Support paid advertising campaigns and influencer partnerships
Stay informed of trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to optimize performance

Requirements

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platform management (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
