We are also currently on a hybrid work arrangement where eligible colleagues can work from home on selected days of the week. Stable internet connection while working from home will be required.

• Working with customers to identify problems and advising on the solution
• Provide subsequent operation and maintenance support
• Program fixes n code changes
• Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
• Analysing call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems
• Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves

• Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry in an application support and development environment will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Programming skills in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JSP, JAVA, Unix shell script and JQuery for first level bug fixing
• Experience in Oracle and MySQL database
• Knowledge of Resin web-server, JBoss or IBM WebSphere Application Server is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
