This role involves developing key client relationships, particularly with employers who are hiring, and conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and developing new key clients for a recruitment business.
• Identify potential key clients or hirers and the decision-makers within the client organization.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Reach out to potential key clients via messages, calls and in-person meeting.
• Lead negotiations and secure businesses for the organization.
• Prepare and present business proposals to potential key clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in industry career fairs or events to increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Experience and proven track record as a Business Development Executive.
• Candidates with experience in the recruitment industry will have added advantage.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
