We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Cleverly SG’s full suite of digital marketing solutions.
You will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, cold-calling and referrals.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights and feedback to the team to refine marketing strategies and offerings.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
