Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical expertise in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle project management, from planning and design to execution and completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Lead on-site project teams, ensuring adherence to construction timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, address challenges, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
• Negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and maintain strong industry relationships.
• Track project expenditures, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Work with finance teams to manage billing, procurement, and financial forecasting.
• Conduct project evaluations and implement process improvements for future projects.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve any compliance issues promptly.
• Implement best practices in sustainability and green building initiatives where applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 5+ years (PM) / 10+ years (Senior PM) of project management experience in construction services, infrastructure, or real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of construction project planning, contract management, and site execution.
• Experience with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, or BIM software).
• Proven track record in budget management, cost control, and risk assessment.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 are a plus.
