6 Months Contract Accounts Assistant - Accounts Payable

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

1. GL coding for AP invoices based on nature of the expenses and maintain proper vouching procedures for all invoices received.
2. Ensure relevant documents such as delivery order, purchase order and purchase requisition, CAPEX are orderly attached.
3. Processes employee expense claims and staff reimbursement.
4. Daily entry for AP invoices into SAP system.
5. Payment processing based on invoice due date to suppliers via cheque, telegraphic - transfer, GIRO application and etc - online banking processing.
6. Supplier statement of account reconciliation.
7. Account document maintenance (on time filling)

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word is compulsory.
3. Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
4. Candidate with working experience in SAP accounting system is preferable.
5. Able to communicate effectively in English.
6. Team player with good initiative and interpersonal skills.
