Qualifications:

  1. Minimum N/O Level
  2. Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
  3. Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  4. Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  7. Strong communication skills.
  8. Knowledge of data confidentiality principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing and verifying entries.

  • Demonstrate a high typing speed and accuracy to meet daily productivity goals.
  • Continuously work on improving typing skills for increased efficiency.

  • Conduct regular reviews of entered data to identify and correct errors.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain data integrity and consistency.
  1. Documentation:
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all data entries.
  • Generate reports and summaries as required by the team or management.

  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  1. Communication:
  • Collaborate with team members to clarify instructions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments regarding data-related inquiries.
