About the Job:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. You will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, playing a crucial role in maintaining efficient HR processes and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.
What you’ll do- Maintain accurate HR database and upkeep of employees’ record and personnel files
- Assist in recruitment
- Contract administration (preparation of offer letter, employment contracts, confirmation letters etc.)
- Handles all administrative side of on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Manage employees’ leave and claim records via the HR system
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from employee and liaising with other departments
- Providing administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist in any other tasks as assigned
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
