ERP_Senior IT Business Analyst _Central_2 yr contract - Bukit Merah

• The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives within the healthcare sector. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and medical professionals, to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into innovative technological solutions. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional design and implementation of specialised modules within a Healthcare Management System.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements and process flows.
• Perform detailed analysis of current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications (Epics) and user stories for developers and designers.
• Participate in the design, development, and testing of core systems and end-user applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support and escalation when needed.
• Conduct functional testing and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure it meets business requirements.
• Monitor project progress, assess risks, and proactively propose mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare and digital transformation.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or digital transformation projects within the healthcare industry, ideally in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of SQL queries or stored procedures is optional but advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience documenting user journey maps, requirements, process flows, and use cases using industry-standard tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, with experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment being a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
