Electrician , Maintenance cum Plumber - Bedok

• Location: KB-1, Kaki Bukit

• Working Days: 6 days, Monday-Saturday

• Working hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm

• Salary: depends on experience

• Conducting electrical inspections, maintenance, and repairs. 进行电气检查、维护和修理。
• Installing new electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. 按照行业标准和安全规定安装新的电线、装置和设备。
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, and fixtures. 检查、诊断和修理水管道系统，包括管道、配件和装置。
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues promptly and efficiently. 及时有效地排除和解决电器问题。
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete tasks efficiently. 与其他团队成员和承包商合作，高效完成任务。
• Ensure that the work area is safe and clean. 确保工作区域的安全和清洁。
• Perform other task assigned by Superior. 执行上级指派的其他任务。

• A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in in both electrical and plumbing work. 至少有 4-5 年的电工+水工的经验
• Able to install and repair electrical wiring, systems & fixtures in buildings. 能够安装和维修电线、系统和装置。
• Able to work independently. 能够独立工作。
• Able to work OT when required. 需要时能够加班。
• Physically fit able to carry heavy stuff. 能搬运重物。
