Marketing and Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven individual to lead the marketing and business development team.

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to increase market visibility and generate leads
• Improve market visibility through various initiatives including digital marketing and events
• Implement various communications initiatives
• Assist in the preparation of proposals
• Analyse market trends
• Manage budgets and report on the team’s performance

• A degree preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business Administration
• More than five years’ experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the legal industry or professional services environment
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and desktop publishing
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• The ability to think outside of the box and be creative
• The ability to work under pressure, to multi-task while prioritising work assignments and meet deadlines
• The ability to work independently and, at the same time, be a team player
