We are looking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our company’s online marketing strategies. As a Digital Marketing Manager you are responsible to focuses on driving sales and brand visibility through digital channels, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and Implementing Digital Marketing Strategies: This includes creating and executing campaigns across various digital channels like social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and potentially partnerships.
- Analyzing Market Trends and Customer Behavior: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and using data analytics to understand customer behavior and optimize marketing efforts.
- Managing Social Media Platforms: Developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing social media advertising campaigns.
- Coordinating Advertising Efforts: Working with advertising agencies and managing advertising budgets across various platforms.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Teams: Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Driving Brand Awareness and Customer Engagement: Focusing on increasing brand visibility and engaging with customers through digital channels.
- Analyzing Site Traffic and Conversion Rates: Monitoring website traffic, analyzing click navigation, shopping patterns, and purchase conversion rates.
- Reporting and Budget Management: Preparing and presenting digital marketing reports, and managing the media budget.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques.
- Experience with social media networking and advertising.
- Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry and ability to conduct thorough research.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and ability to work well under pressure.
