Mission

Marketing & Communications (MarComs) is a dynamic business area with responsibility for leading BNP Paribas to become the number one brand in the Securities Services industry, across the various target audiences and geographies. This objective requires working closely with:

• Securities Services Top Management, Human Resources and Territory Management to help foster solid staff engagement
• Securities Services Client Development, Client Lines, Territory Management and Functions to support the sales and relationship management strategy and help position our solutions and expertise in a competitive and consistent manner globally.
• Leveraging on both central and local teams and work closely with Group and CIB Communication teams.

Scope

Regional Asia Pacific Securities Services

• Manage a team of location marketing and communications managers in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia & New Zealand.
• Collaborate with central marketing managers, CIB APAC Brand & Communications team
• Lead the annual marcoms plans and all aspects of team production regionally and locally
• Take actively part to key governance bodies of Securities Services: APAC Exco, Securities Services’ APAC Extended Manco, APAC Client Lines Executive Committee
• Take actively part to key governance of APAC CIB Communications: APAC CIB monthly Committee
• Drive the Department through a structured set of governance bodies, ensuring fluid communications between teams within the Department and with key stakeholders in Human Resources, Client Development, Client Lines, Territory Management, etc
• Foster a risk-aware culture across the department, through structured processes, clear procedures and controls
• Foster a performance driven culture across the department, through the development of activity and performance metrics that will be regularly communicated and discussed across teams
