As a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (RECRUITMENT), you’ll play a pivotal role in our organization by:
- Driving end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to placement.
- Building and managing new client accounts, showcasing your sales acumen.
- Coordinating interviews and acting as a trusted liaison between clients and candidates.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior consultants, sharing your expertise to elevate the team.
