- Handling all restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries
- Provide friendly, excellent service to all Guests by escorting them to their respective seats.
- Supervise servers to ensure excellent customer service is provided every time.
- Support Assistant Manager and Department in achieving all goals and Key Performance Objectives.
- As a Chef de Partie, you are required to work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in order to assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of produce.

- The preparation and cooking of food to the restaurant specific standards

- Monitor the production of food items to ensure they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and specifications. Adhere to all the standards of food presentation, production, and portioning controls.
- Ensure quality of food items according to the standards in place.
- Ensure all food products are stored properly in their appropriate fridges and storage containers throughout shift.
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned stewarding work areas
- Maintain F&B OS&E inventory
- Conduct deep and regular cleaning as per schedule
