Talent Acquisition Specialist, Up $5K (2 Headcounts)

Duration: (6+6 Months Contract / 1 Year Contract)
Working Hours: Mondays - Thursdays - 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Fridays - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Work Location: Changi Airport Terminal 2

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your main responsibilities are:

  • Work closely with the HR Business Partners and divisional stakeholders on matters relating to manpower planning, developing and implementing effective strategies in attracting talents
  • Proactively build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline to meet current and future manpower needs
  • Participate in the full recruitment cycle, not limited to the placement of advertisements, sourcing, coordinating and conducting of interviews, making recommendations to the hiring managers, preparing salary proposals, making job offers and negotiation, preparing contracts and on-boarding of new hires etc.
  • Utilise social media, professional networks and other alternative channels in sourcing for talents
  • Participate in outreach activities such as career fairs, networking sessions etc.
  • Consolidate and analyse recruitment related information / statistics and develop action plans to tackle the issues
  • Ensure work practices are in compliance with regulations (e.g. FCF, PDPA, TAFEP), employment laws, and related policies
  • Manage the aspects of exit, retirement and re-employment and
  • Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Functional Competencies
  • Training in Human Resource Management / Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of working experience with relevant knowledge in recruitment and familiar with process of scheduling interviews, engaging applicants and making job offers.
  • Ability to understand current and future trends that may impact recruitment
  • Prior HR experience in the public sector and in managing internship and scholarship programmes will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and familiarity with using technology in recruitment
  • Hands-on experience in Workday system is an added advantage

  • Strong management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to articulate and communicate well in both verbal and written aspects
  • Possess the confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels
