Our client is one of Singapore's largest chains of F&B establishments. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting Restaurant Supervisor to Manager to be part of their Operations Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Islandwide - easily accessible.
Duties of Restaurant Supervisor to Manager:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality customer experience.
- Lead and motivate a team, providing training, feedback, and performance management.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and cost controls to meet financial targets.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Plan staffing schedules and coordinate manpower for seamless operations.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and event execution.
- Assist in menu planning and ensure proper stock levels for food and beverages.
Requirements:
- Restaurant Manager: Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience with P&L experience.
- Assistant Manager: At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Supervisor: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Comfortable with working retail hours.
