Overview

The successful candidate will receive on the job training and mentorship to develop their skills and grow with the company.

In this role, you will plan, execute, monitor, and coordinate project activities to meet objectives on time and according to business requirements. Your duties include creating a project plan, assigning team responsibilities, supervising execution, manage risk, control changes, report progress in project meeting, and adjusting strategies to achieve project goals.

• Assist in the design and implementation of technology infrastructure in commercial office fit-out, relocation, and expansion projects, including Network, Telecommunication Circuits, Audio & Visual System, Structured Cabling, Server Room, and end-user equipment.
• Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.
• Support the translation of business IT requirements into technical requirements and assist in proposing full-scale infrastructure project proposals with the technical team.
• Participate in project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling under the guidance of senior team members.
• Identify potential risks that may delay or increase the cost of the project, then develop a mitigation plan to address these risks.
• Work with cross-functional teams to help plan and develop project timelines and budgets.
• Assist in progress tracking and status reporting to the stakeholders.
• Help negotiate and resolve project issues with internal or external teams

• Either fresh graduates, or seasoned professionals are welcome to apply. On the job training and coaching will be provided to help you kick start Project management career in tech industry.
• Basic understanding of technology infrastructure design, implementation and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or BIM. Basic modeling skills will be an advantage.
• This job requires good English communication skills including both verbal and written communication.
• Good sense of problem locating, tasks prioritizing, and time management
• Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise information flow among all stakeholders.
• Passionate in IT infrastructure domain
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and able to face urgent requests with clear mindset of processes.
