We are seeking a hands-on, dynamic and results-driven Clinical Sales Manager, who preferably have clinical support or medical device sales experience to lead our medical devices team in Singapore. You and the team will be the primary representative for our medical devices portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth, achieve sales targets, and significantly expand our market share.
  • Achieve and surpass annual sales targets, demonstrating leadership and strategic foresight.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, establishing trust and fostering collaboration.
  • Manage and resolve technical inquiries promptly, providing timely updates and solutions to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales support.
  • Perform engaging in-service training, product demonstrations, presentations, and evaluations with healthcare professionals, showcasing our innovative solutions.
  • Actively participate in conferences and industry events, representing our brand and staying at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Communicate product or supply issues swiftly and effectively to the Quality Assurance team and manufacturers, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Assist in inventory control and management, ensuring efficient stock consignment and availability for our customers.
  • Contribute to marketing activities and stay ahead of the curve with the latest products and technology trends, playing a key role in product R&D.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor the Singapore sales team, ensuring they achieve their sales objectives and deliver exceptional results.
  • Educate and empower internal and external personnel with deep knowledge of our products and their impact on patient care.

Pre-requisites:

  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Medical Technology, Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field
  • More than 3 years of dedicated sales and support experience in surgical cases within an operating theatre environment
  • Quick learner, team player and ability to work independently
  • Mature and able to handle stress during case support in the operating theatres
  • Takes pride in self and work, result-oriented and meticulous
  • Good communication skills with a vibrant and cheerful personality
  • Hands-on leader who understands the ground and lead the team with passion
