Head of Risk Management (Credit / Operational / Liquidity Risk / Banking Ind) - Geylang

Responsibilities:

The Head of Risk is principally responsible for establishing and implementing the risk management framework to identify, monitor and manage the risks of the financial institution.

• Perform independent analysis on credit proposals from Marketing Department, propose risk mitigants, ensure loans compliance to lending guidelines and recommend for approval.
• Perform credit portfolio monitoring through monthly portfolio review and monitoring of external factors affecting the portfolio;
• Monitor both internal and regulatory limits related to credit risk;
• Perform both in-house and regulatory stress test.

• Provide analysis for the presentation to ALCO;
• Monitor both internal and regulatory limits related to market and liquidity risks;
• Perform market and liquidity stress test.
• Review the Contingency Funding Plan and co-ordinate the testing of the plan.

• Coordinate, review and report operation risk reports submission (RCSA, KRI, outsourcing, operational risk events, complaints);
• To review and update the Business Continuity Management framework and plan and supervise the testing of the BCP (BCP Split Operations, BCP Call Tree Exercise);
• Review risk assessment against MAS Notices and Guidelines on Technology risk and work closely with Technology Security Officers.

• At least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field.
• At least 8 years' of relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• Possess knowledge and experience in risk management frameworks
• Sound knowledge in finance, commercial laws, industries, political, economic environments in the global financial markets
• Good credit analysis skill
