Technical Service Coordinator

Industry: Automotive
Gross Salary: Up to $3800 (Depending on experience)
Working days & hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am – 12.30pm
Location: Tuas (Transport provided at Tuas Crescent MRT) v

Job Responsibilities:

Manage vehicle warranty submissions and track technical recall statuses.
Prepare and submit technical reports to principals.
Conduct technical training for technicians.
Discuss technical failures with principals and internal teams.
Coordinate and maintain warranty documentation for all service centers.
Assist or conduct regular warranty audits.
Oversee the master list of warranty items for service centers.
Store and manage physical warranty items for audit purposes.
Provide technical support to workshops.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

Min. NITEC in Automotive Engineering/Technology or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office.
Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
Knowledge in Heavy Vehicles OR EV is an added advantage
