Senior Manager, Business Analyst

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can produce high-quality documentation and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrable solid experience in the domain of requirement definition areas – this encompasses stakeholder identification, requirement elicitation, requirement analysis, and requirement review.
• Hands-on experience in creating both a Business Requirement Document (BRD) and a Functional Requirement Document (FRD).
• Good knowledge of Front-, Middle and Back-Office domain.
• Demonstrable experience in system design, system development, or validation.
• An acute attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and extensive requirement documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of demonstrable experience in requirement definition within the financial services sector, focusing on markets.
• Proven experience in creating BRD and FRD, as well as expertise in all areas of requirement definition.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map and optimize them effectively.
• Experience in validating system designs and developments, with a strong focus on quality assurance.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an amicable, can-do disposition that encourages collaboration among teams.
