Assistant Manager, Product Marketing (General Insurance) - Geylang

About the role

The Assistant Manager of product marketing is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of product marketing strategies for general insurance products. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial part in driving product awareness and growth across the Central Region.

• Collaborate with the product, marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute effective product marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights
• Create engaging product content through copywriting, including brochures, web copy, and presentations, to promote the company's general insurance offerings
• Coordinate and manage product launches, promotional events, and other marketing initiatives
• Monitor and report on the performance of product marketing activities, using data to inform future strategies
• Provide support and guidance to the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices in product marketing

• 8 to 10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the general insurance industry
• Strong understanding of product marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex product information into compelling marketing content
• Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive marketing decision
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
