As a Senior Software Engineer - Building Management Systems (BMS), you will play a critical role in the design and development of software solutions for building management systems. You will be accountable for leveraging your expertise in software engineering to drive innovation and deliver high-quality BMS products.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for business growth.
In this role, you will impact our customers by developing complex software solutions for building management systems that improve energy efficiency, optimize building performance, and enhance occupant comfort. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions seamlessly into existing BMS platforms and processes.Your technical guidance and expertise will drive the successful implementation of BMS development projects and initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and develop software solutions for building management systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions seamlessly
- Work with product managers and business guides to align software initiatives with business objectives
- Guide the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including project planning and resource allocation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in building management systems or related industries
- Strong problem-solving and thoughtful skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
