Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and business needs, and present findings to the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company goals and policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and drive growth.
• Prepare reports and forecasts related to business development activities and sales performance.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and gather market intelligence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other business tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
