Job Purpose:
Deliver responsive and reliable tech support to ensure smooth daily operations for all users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to users across various software, hardware, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on desktops, laptops, and client applications.
- Track and update service requests, ensuring clear communication with users and teams.
- Support account setups, password resets, and system access for new and existing staff.
- Assist with IT asset tracking, equipment replacement, and project rollouts or upgrades.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk-related environments.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic troubleshooting of common tools.
- Some understanding of networks and servers is a plus but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
