THE COMPANY

Our client, a leading global organization in the industrial automation industry, is seeking a Field Application Engineer to join their team. Reporting to the department Manager, this role focuses on providing technical expertise, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of systems and products to meet client needs and drive the company’s success.

THE ROLE

As a Field Application Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support and expert guidance to clients to optimize product performance.
• Designing and customizing solutions tailored to client requirements and project goals.
• Collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Performing hands-on troubleshooting and fieldwork as required to resolve client issues effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
• At least 3 years of experience in application engineering, preferably within the industrial automation sector.
