This position requires 2 to 3 working days per week at our locations: My Art Space (Dhoby Ghaut)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update class attendance records.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and promote courses to work with the sales team.
- Manage stock-taking and inventory for the studio.
- Collect and process class fees and payments.
- Provide information on services, schedules, and other studio-related matters.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the studio and reception area.
- Assist with basic office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Organize and maintain studio supplies and equipment.
