Senior Finance Manager - Credit Control - Toa Payoh

Summary:

• Basic up to $8500
• Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
• Working location: Central, Nearest MRT Station at Newton

Job Scope:

• Oversee credit and collections to minimize credit risk and ensure timely payments
• Develop and enforce credit control policies and assess customer creditworthiness
• Review AR aging reports and lead follow-ups on overdue accounts and disputes
• Manage and guide the credit control team to meet KPIs and performance goals
• Maintain strong customer relationships to support effective collections
• Generate collection reports and provide insights to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, regulations, and internal controls
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align strategies and drive improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in auto finance, factoring, unsecured lending, and property-backed loans.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in credit control and collections management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of credit management principles, financial analysis, collection techniques and legal compliance.
