Senior HR Executive - Toa Payoh

Job Description:

This individual will play a critical role in managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, administrative, and operational roles.
• Partner with department heads to address staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Oversee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with a focus on compliance with healthcare labor laws.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and healthcare industry regulations.
• Support HR audits and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Implement performance appraisal systems and career development programs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
• Support leadership in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Assist in managing HR administration, including payroll, benefits, and leave management.
• Maintain HR systems and employee records for accurate reporting and compliance.
• Work on HR process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented industries.
• Knowledge of healthcare labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
