Building Manager (Commercial Building) - Toa Payoh

Our client is a leading Real Estate company. They are looking for a Building Manager to assist their Building team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore– easily accessible. The Building Manager is responsible for:

• Lead a team to ensure seamless building operations and facility management.
• Oversee outsourced services, including M&E, cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control.
• Conduct regular inspections, monitor M&E systems, and implement improvements.
• Manage vendor contracts, assess performance, and ensure compliance with service agreements.
• Handle tenders, evaluate vendors, and oversee contract awards.
• Implement sustainability initiatives and ensure adherence to safety regulations, including SCDF compliance.
• Manage budgets, maintain records, and foster strong tenant relationships.

• Min Degree in Building Management, or equivalent
• With at least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Experienced in managing business commercial building
