Junior Sales Executive - Tai Seng / Renewal Acct Role - Toa Payoh

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to develop and implement sales strategies, as well as providing support to the sales team in order to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities of Junior Sales Executive:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
• Prepare sales proposals and quotes for customers.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Maintain accurate client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Track and report sales activities and performance metrics.
• Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote company services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency in using MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of order management systems and CRM software is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of order processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong team player.
• Strong sense of urgency in completing work-related tasks and projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• At least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration.
• Fluency in English.
